It is equally important to consume healthy and nutritious food and consume it at assigned hours of the day, a lot of times we hear that a person eat properly, but still get fat or another disease. The reason behind it is the wrong timing and not-so-good schedule. Vegan’s needs to know when and how to eat a balanced vegan diet:
There are five courses in a day, named: breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, mid-afternoon snacks, and dinner!
- Breakfast time:
6-8am, Have beans and avocado toast! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. One must never skip it.
- Mid-morning snacks:
10-11 am, you can have energy bits or yogurt! As you like to feel energetic.
12:30 – 2:30 pm! Keep your lunch lighter than breakfast; you can have a nutritious and yummy salad in lunch that can have carrots, peas, noodles, tomato, croutons, etc.!
- Mid-afternoon snack:
4-5 pm, you can have a protein bar, popcorns or chips this time!
6-8 pm, your dinner needs to be lighter than lunch. So have diets like spinach and tomato curry, salad or soup!
Ultimately, most of the people don’t care when they eat or eat according to their mood. This results in improper digestion and weight gain usually. Everybody has specific needs, and thus, it is very important to maintain the biological clock of our body and eat &sleep timely, so our body functions properly.
